RITE Development is a training arm of Trust , which is a social enterprise registered with Govt. Of NCT, Delhi. RITE Skill Development has been sincerely working towards the cause of bridging the skill gap in India by enabling youth to acquire such skills, get groomed, and compete effectively and on their own feet, necessary for employment at an affordable cost, since its inception in 2000. The self-sustaining, social model has also been encouraging young and competent people to opt for social entrepreneurship in the training industry.
RITE offers various short-term and Diploma programs in emerging sectors like IT, ITES, Banking & Finance, Computer Accountancy, Retail Management & Soft Skills. The programs are structured to suit the demands of industry so that every candidate who successfully completes the training becomes employed.

OUR MISSION
Rashtriya Institute of Technical Education is henceforth known as RITE, as with NCT New Delhi, aimed at to make ‘Information Technology” as a mass movement and spread the usage of Information Trust in the best interest of our nation’s economy. This mission’s objective is to impart basic computer training and knowledge and also higher end courses in a nominal fee within the Geographical boundary of our nation. In today’s world, it has become a basic necessity to be aware of computer skill even in small towns, block levels and rural areas.
Our aim is to impart this computer knowledge even to those people who are economically backward, the RITE is all set to provide computer related training at a very nominal cost through state of art facilities. Through this mission, we would like to reach each and every sections of the society, especially farmers, laborers, students, children and women keeping in view to teach them with our training programs. With the Software Industry turning global, requirement of skilled computer professionals increasing day by day. Through we possess strong mathematical and logical thinking skills which are the prime assets in the software industry, due to lack of right assistance and support, our exposure to IT has remained curtailed to a large extent. Even through India produces a large number of IT Professionals every year, the high fee structure for IT Education has barred many a talent from entering this field.
Justifying the cause of its formation, RITE made computer education available to all sections of the society, be it rich or the poor, adult or children, no one is neglected.
